Prayer, oh what a wonderful word. The source of our strength, like the breath in our body, without it we fall faint. How can the world go on, how is it possible for them to go even a moment void of a connection with their Creator? This is a testament to the Lord’s mercy on His beloved creation, sustaining them even though they would hate Him.

It is revealed to us, that we are to ignore the famous perspective and seek out the few that hold the truth. Across scripture we are reminded that the Spirit of God is rested upon the faithful minority. The small, the weak, the unlikely, are chosen by the Lord Almighty to bring forth His kingdom!

It is come to light, that when we pray, we take action accordingly. Hand in hand with God is how our faith is proven and our desires as with the new heart we posess become a reality, should God in His infinite Wisdom deem it so. Laboring together in holy matrimony. What glorious honor to work with God side by side in bringing Light to the world.

For how now would you turn from truth having witnessed beauty and liberating power? Shame is all that is left to your name. Should you grieve the Spirit and seek no counsel with the Lord your Mighty Savior? Rise up, come to life quickly, lest you remain rotting. Find healing, find life, it is given to you freely. Breath again and walk in peace.

It is revealed, the good fight is fought diligently. By no means will a sleeping man bring down his enemies.

By God’s mercy we are well-informed with the clear revelation of Scripture. The Lord has prepared us; by His Word we are firmly established in truth. Our brethren, why would we dare allow ourselves to sleep? Why is there untimely comfort and indifference among us?! Wake up, wake up, wake up!!! Lest poverty strike us harshly. Worldly riches are as sure as the house upon sand, but the riches of heaven endure forever. Hold fast to riches of truth, keeping ourselves in Wisdom, Knowledge, Understanding, and over all of these Love. For it is in the true pursuit of these that we are led to Love and its invaluable nature.

There is difficulty in having communion with God in even common daily affairs and normal public exposure. Would I allow distractions to take root? No, absolutely not. So then, we are to pray without ceasing. Prayer does not end when you rise from your knees.

By the Lord and His immense Glory, we are empowered to practice priestly conduct. Sacredness, sanctity, service, righteousness, cleanliness, charity, order, fellowship, worship, intercession, prayer, discipline, and consecration. The greatest of these clearly being charity.

Set apart, by God’s Grace are we ordained as holy priests. Purified by the blood of the lamb and clothed. His snow white garments, which bare no mark, become our own. Much greater the priesthood in which we are privileged to take part, then in the days of Moses. For Aaron is no longer our high priest, but Jesus now serves as Most High Priest. Blessed be the Spirit of prophecy which came to us through the prophet, Ellen G. White.

Oh that eager thirst, the loud call for the search of greater purpose. Let this never fade, it is the joy of our step, the breath that uplifts us. Without it our days begin to fall void. That is the first love.
